Plot
Woo-sung (Kang Ha-neul) is an ordinary office worker. In 2021, he buys a small apartment in Seoul after taking huge loans. By 2024, he is drowning in debt. He avoids using electricity to save money. His life becomes worse when strange noises start coming from his neighbors .
At first, Woo-sung thinks the noises are from normal apartment life. But they get louder and more disturbing. His neighbors blame him for the sounds. This leads to angry confrontations.
